Admissions Evaluator II - Graduate School

DUTIES:
- Primary point of contact for students for new micro-credentials program in the graduate school
- Assists with student recruiting for micro-credentials program, including lead tracking and monitoring
- Leads graduate school administrative functions, including admissions and certificate completion
- High student service focus to meet the needs of adult and professional learners
- Tracks and responsible for short response time to meet the needs of working professionals
- Processes admission forms and is accountable for rapid response time to meet or exceed national student service standards for micro-credential programs
- Detail oriented, thorough, self-motivated, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
- Experience coordinating programs and optimizing administrative processes.
- Skills with the full range of office software, database and web-site content.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, student service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Work Requires occasional evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Earned bachelor’s degree
- Experience in higher education, preferably in the student admissions or student programming.
- Experience in recruiting and mentoring students.
