Instructional duties will primarily be in upper- and lower-division technical and professional writing, but may include other undergraduate- and graduate-level courses in technical editing; and developmental, college, business, and science writing. The combined teaching and service load is 15 credits per semester, mostly at Montana Tech, but courses at Highlands College may also be assigned. Service activities include assessment assistance, course/curriculum development, course materials maintenance, and other duties. The position resides within the Montana Tech Writing Program and reports to the Director of Writing.
